Rhino and Ramon talk to former junior welterweight titlist Paulie 'The Magic Man' Malignaggi along with former title holder Israel Cardona. Plus, we break down last weekend's fights while looking forward to a couple of cards this Saturday night.
OK, so we skipped a week (if you really want to get techincal, Ramon left me and I couldn't work the equipment... damn English major!) but we're back this week and with a vengeance as we talk to Paulie "The Magic Man" Malignaggi about his fight against Juan Diaz coming in August, the aftermath of the Hatton fight, and how both Punch-Out!!'s Little Mac and SEGA's Sonic the Hedgehog both figure into this non-gamer's life. We also talk to former champion Israel Cardona, who is making one more run at the welterweight bout, how he plans to pick apart another 3MR fan favorite, Hector Camacho Jr., and who in the top tier of 147 he would like to fight (hint: the name ends in "otto"!).
All this plus a look ahead at the summer fights, and some thoughts about the injury bug going around, and how much of it is legit, on this week's episode!
